To be more accurate-conservatives believe in passing the problems on to those that created it. "Sanctuary cities" that attract, coddle and protect criminals over law abiding citizens have nothing to complain about here.

If the prisoner committed a crime in Seattle, got sentenced to state prison in Yakima, then they should be released back in Seattle. There's nothing liberal vs. conservative about that. It's an appropriate practice.
The whole issue is how they were released under a freeway. Nothing more, nothing less. Everything else is a figment of OP's active imagination.
Or maybe LA should pack all the homeless to trains and send them to Texas.
