The Mueller Report Exposes the Absurdity of the Governing Class

[color="Navy"]The Russia hoax was only the latest in a long chain of grievous errors. In the past 20 years, the number of times that our civic betters have royally screwed up is astounding. They missed 9/11. They wrongly thought Saddam Hussein had chemical weapons. They didn’t see that Iraq was sliding into chaos by late 2005. They allowed Julian Assange, Chelsea Manning, and Edward Snowden to steal our secrets. They didn’t see the 2008–09 economic crisis coming until it hit them square in the jaw. They missed how a vast array of government policies and decisions contributed to it. They told us that the stimulus would reduce unemployment. They assured us that if we liked our health care we could keep it. They couldn’t even get a website running. They let Libya and Syria fall into chaos.
COLOR]

Quite a resume' there...

More reason to keep them away from the revenue streams of business, and remove as much control as we can from them.

From USA today yesterday:

Quote:
As Walter Russell Mead wrote in 2017:
If Trump were the Manchurian candidate that people keep wanting to believe that he is, here are some of the things he’d be doing:
► Limiting fracking as much as he possibly could
► Blocking oil and gas pipelines
► Opening negotiations for major nuclear arms reductions
► Cutting U.S. military spending
► Trying to tamp down tensions with Russia’s ally Iran
That Trump is planning to do precisely the opposite of these things may or may not be good policy for the United States, but anybody who thinks this is a Russia appeasement policy has been drinking way too much joy juice.

And many of them still believe that Trump, a guy who dated a black model before he met Melania, sent his son Baron to a 40% non-white school and moved the US embassy to Jerusalem, is a white supremacist.

And they swallowed the Jussie Smollett hoax hook, line & sinker for at least several days. And some still seem to think that it may have been a non-hoax....

Sure, that's all we need to know. In other words, just shut the bleep up, and shut down all debate.

Obstruction is often yet another bogus charge not unlike 'lying to investigators (18USC -1001)

I'm thinking of people like an Arkansas man named Adam Finley, who was stopped by a police officer on suspicion of trespassing at the railroad yard where Finley worked. Body camera footage of the encounter shows the cop, Matthew Mercado, continually escalating the situation... Mercado finally had to accept Finley had done nothing wrong, but when Finley complained to Mercado's superiors, they responded by charging Finley for "refusal to submit" and "obstructing governmental operations."
Article says that Finley was eventually acquitted, but why was he charged to begin with?

Trump racist tendencies double down when necessary to excite his birther base. Which public school did his kids attend? Please provide a link and bigoted slave owners had sex with black slaves but fyi... Trump's model girlfriend was bi-racial.

Sentence one is gibberish--I won't even try to guess what it means.

According to author and former Washington Post reporter Ronald Kessler, in his book The Trump White House,
Quote:
Today, Trump and Melania send Barron to St. Andrew's Episcopal School in Potomac, Maryland, where 42 percent of children enrolled are students of color. Although this fact is listed on the school's website under the "About" tab, no major media outlet has cited it....(p. 95)
