It feels like seemingly, most female politicians are all "woman power this" "woman power that" "we need more women in x and y" "women, women women!".

If a woman wants to get political power, shouldn't she be gender-neutral, meaning she cares just as much about getting men to vote for her as women? Yet as a man, I find it very off-putting how most female or would-be female politicians only talk on and on about women this and women that; talk about alienating and dividing your audience. You certainly don't hear any male politicians yelling "Male power!" "We need more men in this or that!" "Men need to support other men!".

Wouldn't the best thing for female politicians to do is not make any specific mention of gender and just talk and discuss the things that affect everyone, regardless of gender?
Don't worry. This identity politics stuff backfired on them in 2016 and will again in 2020. They never learn their lesson.

Let them feel that way. If they want to isolate millions of voters than so be it.
I know I have said this before but it's kind of interesting to watch old episodes of Johnny Carson, especially in the 70's. Many of the women who grew up during that time really almost seem to hate men and Susan Sarandon was talking about 'toxic masculinity' even back then. I think it's mostly women who are a little older than me. Rush calls them Feminazis and I used to be offended by that but more and more, I see what he means. I used to think women wanted equal rights and now I think they want MORE rights.

As an example, Hillary and a lot of women thought you should vote for her because she was a woman. To me, that's sexist and wrong headed.

They don't care about your reproductive parts. They just don't want you killing babies.

Yep. My friend's husband was looking for a job for a year and many times he was told stuff like "We need to hire a black, woman....a black woman'. One even told him you need to be less of a white male.

In the hot job market, the only one I know who had trouble getting a job.

I find it horrifically insulting. I am nobody's patsy and I am certainly not a victim in spite of what they keep telling me.

They had a show which I cannot recall the name of where they did an hour documentary on people. Two episodes stick out in my mind. The one about Martha Stewart and Judge Judy. BOTH women were asked if they had trouble making it or succeeded because when they came up, it was a male dominated world. Both of them said the same thing. No way. I knew what I wanted and I worked with everything I had to get it. VERY impressed with both of them not taking the victim card.

A lot of them actually do care about reproductive parts. Otherwise, birth control would be a lot easier to acquire. Like Viagra is.

Never once in my life did I have trouble getting birth control. There's pretty much a Walgreen's or CVS on every corner.

Liberals need to be Victims.

It's just part of the Victimization that wins votes and makes you a hero.
