In before the stale "living rent free in my head", EVERY topic temporarily occupies one's head when reading about it. Then it's on to other stuff. Right?

Anyway, this one's a hoot. The girl just can't help her bad self

"Freshman Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez deleted a tweet Thursday after she attempted to call out "older male" Republicans for posing next to a cardboard cutout of her.

The lawmaker wasn't a Republican, though. He was a fellow Democrat.....".

Of course, the old white male handled it like a gentleman:

"....Yarmuth responded later on Twitter: "I was a Republican 35 years ago, but I think I have become wiser as an older, white, male Democrat. I simply wanted everyone to know I welcome @RepAOC in Kentucky, regardless of what old white male Republicans think," Yarmuth tweeted....."

Just goes to show. One set of rules for us, and a different set for them.

There's the original tweet, and a few good responses. https://twitchy.com/sarahd-313035/20...-congress-pic/

How does that old saying go? When you're in a hole stop digging?

Big deal. The economy isn't very good, we are still in never ending wars in the Middle East.

It was much better under Obama though, right?

Isis wiped out, pulling troops out for the first time in years (both parties hate that).

If this isn't very good I'd like to know what your idea of good is. Oh wait, free everything.

Wow, so she mentioned age and gender did she miss race?

I have to shake my head over how that's ok to do to anyone.

People contributing to gender, race, age divisions and discrimination and then claiming they're fighting against those things.

Bunch of ignorant jerks.
