As much as you Trump haters hate it, the Mueller Investigation is Finished. Mueller has no green light to do ZERO, NADA, NOTHING.
He works for Barr. He is not some Lone Ranger at this point. Barr determines what the DOJ and Muellers next step will be.
Mueller may have already resigned. Reports yesterday said he was negotiating his appearance before the house himself. Either he already has permission, or he has decided to tell Barr to go pound sand.

He's trying to get Mueller in to talk before the House gets him so he can spin the testimony. Bobby is way too smart for that. The House will get him first, if he even goes to the Senate at all.
