Did Trump obstruct justice? Trump did the following:
  • Demanded full "loyalty" from Comey
  • Asked Comey to let Flynn "go"
  • Fired Comey to relieve the "pressure from the Russia" investigation
  • Tried to persuade Sessions to unrecuse himself
  • Tried to prevent disclosure of the Trump tower meeting
  • Used Twitter to attack and intimidate potential witnesses against him
  • Hinted at pardons for witnesses who didn't cooperate with the government
  • Refused to be interviewed by Mueller
  • Tried to persuade staff to fire Mueller
Add it all up and it's a rock solid case of Obstruction.
That's why 400 ex-prosecutors agree.

So he said in the report Trump is not being charged just because he is president?

Nobody gives two craps what they say. They are not in charge of this investigation and have no access to any of the evidence

Or lack thereof

Trump did not impede the investigation in any way and has every right to fire Comey for whatever reason he wants reason he wants

Yes. It’s literally on the first 2 pages of Volume II.

It's not to shield the public of pictures of zee naked Trump or other ridiculous Steele Dossier claims or contusion collusion delusion, it's simply this, Mueller has nothing to add. He wrote it all out in the report.
Why did Barr write a summary? He had nothing to add.

Why did Trump say they should drop water from the air on Notre Dame? He had nothing to add.

Why did Trump chime in on the Kentucky Derby this weekend? He had nothing to add.

There almost 130 pages on this thread debating what the Mueller report was saying. Isn't it helpful if the author/overseer of it being authored can clarify various matters in it? As you are likely someone who was not personally involved in the investigation, why would you be bothered by that?

He knows Trump can't be charged while in office, so he punted to Congress. The prosecutors opined because of what the report said. Like it or not. Not that they can do anything about it. But it is telling.

Exactly! We know where his priorities are.

Not quite 400 out of the tens of thousands former Federal prosecutors, and some former politically-appointed Federal lawyers?

Yawn.

Who cares what former career civil servants think? Apparently they don't know Federal law very well. It's illegal to release the whole report. Good thing these goobers are gone. Maybe anyone prosecuted by these dunderheads, and convicted, should get a re-trial.

Why in the world would anyone need to run to the FBI? They have all this information and the evidence to back it up. It's right in the Mueller report.

Though few seem interested in actually reading it. If you did, you could read it for yourself.
