In the sense that the poster hasn't read or understood the report and wants you to spend your time summarizing what is already available for them to read so that they can try to pick apart your layman's summary rather than the detailed, annotated, caselaw-citing, evidence-based descriptions of the events set forth in the report along with its accompanying legal analysis as to why the events do (or, some cases, do not) clearly amount to felonious obstruction of justice.

Don't give them the satisfaction by allowing them to re-frame the facts to make their argument easier for them given their refusal to digest the readily-available report.

On our tombstones, we hope people say positive things about how we lived our lives. Bill Barr was once a man who had everyone's respect, and then , in his later years, he has sold out and will always be remembered as a Trump boot licker. Talk about falling from grace !

Someone needs to have a Dutch Uncle talk with Bill and straighten him out. Does he really want his legacy to be tarnished by the games he is playing with this position ? He needs to get his ethics and moral compass back before it is too late.

Barr has sold his soul to the devil. And when the time comes Trump will pay him with a knife in the back.

Are you saying that you're unable to identify any specific instance of obstructyion of justice by Trump? You're going to have to do it, because Mueller didn't. He talked about some episodes, and you seem to think he was saying those episodes included obstruction, but you won't come out and say it.

How can we discuss the alleged obstruction if you won't allege it in any way that allows an analysis? No one has time to rebut all 11 of Mueller's episodes. Give us one or two that you consider to be especially strong or that you are most conservant with or whatever, and then lets look at the statutes.

What you're doing with "obstruction:" is as nebulous and dishonest as what you did with "collusion" in the first place.

It's too late for Barr. He will be remembered for lying to Congress on behalf of the worst, most corrupt president in history. You don't get that kind of stink off you, ever. His legacy is set.

So you "don't have time" to rebut Mueller's 11 identifiable, analyzed, and carefully examined episodes of obstructionist behavior, but you expect someone to read "one or two" of them, condense them for you, and then let you consider only the "condensed" version for analysis? Give me a break.

If you can't be bothered (or are unable) to rebut Mueller's analysis, just come out and say it. Don't ask other posters to waste their time on nonsensical requests seeking to shift the target for you. Its transparent and insulting.

His thinking is disorganized. For instance, he labels a 144-page section of his report "Factual Results of the Obstruction Investigation", and it turns out that's where he puts the legal analysis.

Yeah, I'm going to rebut 11 instead of one.

What is wrong with you?

Mueller in fact did NOT carefully analyze ANY of the eleven instances. He did not tie a single action of Trump (or a single episode) to any obstruction statute or statutes.

The 144 pages of "facts" and analysis refers to a grand total of two statutes [section 953 (Logan Act) and section 1001], and those are mentioned only in connection with the actions of Flynn and, in one case, Comey.

The last 106 pages of the obstruction analysis (pages 52-158) do not reference a single statute.

If you think he obstructed, you tell me how because Mueller sure as hell did not.
