California Democrats not only laughs at federal immigration laws, but they also ignore Americans with Disability laws.

Only 28% of those with disabilities in Bakersfield, California are working which is less than less the rate of Madison, Wisconsin.

Then again I am not surprised, California Democrats shun the disabled as their sole focus is their Trump derangment syndrome and rolling out the red-carpet for migrants with large families.

Looks like backwards socialist tax level California with it's third-world social programs has the metropolitan area with the lowest rate of those with disabilities working at 28%

So, just as a starting point...

"Kern is a strongly Republican county in Presidential and congressional elections."

Madison is also one of the most liberal cities in Wisconsin. I get the point the OP is trying to make, but the comparison just doesn't really work.

And Bakersfield is a conservative place, while Madison is liberal.

I think if you were trying to prove a point, you made a poor choice of examples.

You might not know this, but most organizations that help the disabled to be employed are non-governmental and LOCAL. They raise money from individuals and companies and get financial support - usually grants - from governments and foundations.

The difference in the employment rates reflects local support for these efforts. Also, I don't know this for certain, but I suspect Bakersfield is a poorer town.
