As harsh as it sounds.......it is disturbing to know there are
people out there that could give two craps about bringing a child into the world
while engaged in the throws of intimacy only for its gratifying moments.
A cigarette gets more respect afterwards.

His comment was the context of unwanted children in general, he is making a bigger argument of taking care of the community. he just said it in a non PC way.
None of the outraged right wingers are going to give a crap about a child after it’s born. No child support, no healthcare, nothing but lip service. They call themselves moral.
The blacks there are mostly Democrat and very liberal, and very angry because they feel powerless amongst the Republican majority.
Maybe they should move to Massachusetts where the locals would embrace them.
