Exactly! Why wouldn't every red blooded, loyal American want criminals to be found whether they be foreign or domestic? The only thing I can think of is in the case of illegal aliens those that are squawking about a police state have ethnic ties to them and don't want them caught.

No matter how much they talk, the Right keeps ignoring the real Elephant - E-Verify and the fact that Florida and Texas (3 MILLION undocumented workers!) won't do it.

It would really settle my head to hear it straight from their mouths...that is, that they don't care about actual enforcement or holding employers responsible....

C'mon. Just say it. Please???

You don't know what you are talking about. Both Tx. & Fl. have passed E-Verify.

The question is why did Ca. & Illinois let it expire or resend it ? Lets us know the answer to that.

I found this to be interesting in the article posted :

No Florida city or county currently has a sanctuary policy.

So they pass a bill to address a non problem !
Morever the reason Florida probably doesn't have sanctuary cities is because most of the illegals here aren't the brown skinned hordes that come from Mexico or central America but are Europeans, Russians, Venezuelans and other South Americans who over stay their visas.

DeSantis is smart like that. Its better to address a possible problem before it becomes a problem.

Its called leadership, something the democrats know so little about.

They moved to prevent the problem since a few cities, like Miami for example, have been raising the issue.

There is a bill now making its way to DeSantis, who said he will sign it.
