Drug tests, poor work ethics among the locals. Watch adult Hispanics, they're not constantly checking their phones, maybe the next generation will.
No, what changed is millions of illegals invading our country willing to work for less. Sure, there are some lazy Americans that do drugs but they don't make up the majority of Americans and that still doesn't justify any employer hiring illegal aliens.

Funny, I live in a community where we have some Hispanics doing our landscaping (yes they are here legally) and I see them on their phones all the time. This claim that Hispanics here illegally or legally have superior work ethics compared to other racial/ethnic groups is false.

Are you implying that black, Hispanics, and legal immigrants are lazy?
Are YOU implying NONE of them are?

I'm all for seizing the assets of and jailing employers who hire illegal immigrants.

That's the only way you'll end their abuse of labor laws.

Employers are bound by labor laws when hiring naturalized citizens.

Makes a lot of sense, don't give illegals a reason and an incentive to come here illegally, more importantly, give those those jobs to Americans or legal immigrants who are willing to work and become Americans.

Trump wins again? Not with thinking people. They are asking themselves the article has no consequences for keeping low wage illegals employed in these companies, so why should they comply? Patriotism? The average corporation has the patriotic loyalty of a GPS device.

Trump reviving program to warn employers they're hiring illegals

It would be nice if Trump sent himself a copy of that program, but then he can't read making it excusable, (in his mind), that hiring illegals is just fine.

Legal immigrants, as do illegal, also consume goods and create jobs. My wife is a legal immigrant who only worked about 10 years but has been consuming stuff for over forty years.

Legal immigration can be controlled to benefit the citizens of our nation.

People have a strange belief that increased population leads to a higher unemployment rate when the opposite is true. Rural areas tend to have higher rates of unemployment than urban.

The more important thing is the Cardinals are in first place.

Why don't we just mandate the use of E-verify and be done with it?

I just have one question, is he going to warn himself? It has been proven that he is a major offender of hiring illegals.
