The 11 year old isn't guilty of anything either but forcing her to carry a baby when her body isn't even developed to the point where she can safely carry and deliver a baby is cruel beyond belief.
The child is half hers too, she may not like to admit this, but its true.
I do agree that it SHOULD NOT even be possible for an 11 yr old to become pregnant in the first place, but there is no one I can blame that on.
During puberty, the menstrual cycle is highly irregular. Someone this young wouldn't know they are pregnant until it was too late to get a legal and safe abortion. Rape victims often don't report, 3 out of 4 sexual assaults are not reported.
Its not YOUR body its the CHILD'S body and they have no one to speak for them. Feminists are so hilarious. Try shutting the border and this ILLEGAL wouldn't have raped her.
Nice deflection. So, in your mind, it's ok to force an 11 year old to carry a baby to term and give birth no matter how harmful that is to the 11 year old?
Then do point to where I said anywhere that this was MY body.

What should be a CRIME is forcing an 11 year old child to carry her rapists baby to term. THAT is the crime.

"Small government", never ever believe it.
I LOL everytime I hear a republican go on about 'small government".
You and yours have fixed it so that it's irrelevant what she wants. She has been denied even having a say in the matter. That's - sorta the point of the discussion, actually.
Anyway, where's janelle144? I'd have thought she'd be doing victory laps?

Since when are crime victims immune to the consequences of crime? For example, your home is burgled/robbed. Your insurance company gives you reduced value compensation for what was stolen. It is not enough to replace it.
In what world do you imagine that crime victims are given a choice of how they will be reimbursed or made whole again after the crime?
