Isn't that the next chapter in your manifesto? Part Two: Lock Her Up.

So there you have it. The nays win.

Post your evidence or it's Fake News!

The real news is it's disgraceful that 370 people familiar with the law say the only thing protecting a POTUS from being criminally charged is a flawed DoJ policy. Trump's presidential portrait will someday be fittingly displayed next to Nixon's.

So to answer your question, here's what you do: either impeach him and remove him from office, or vote him out in 2020. If neither happens, then what those 370 signatories think doesn't amount to a pile of swamp mud.
His decision was as result of the DOJ policy on indicting a sitting president AND the parallel policy of not accusing someone of a crime when charges are not going to be brought.

Mueller knew he could not bring an indictment himself and he knew the Trump schill Barr would not bring it, so he felt he could not accuse the president of a crime when he knew no indictment would be forthcoming.

So here we have it folks.

The president is above the law.

The evidence would have been sufficient for an indictment apart from the absurd DOJ policy that the president is above the law that Mueller felt he had to follow.

How can we fix this?

I realize this has not been given great consideration before since he haven’t had a president so willfully hostile to our laws and system of government before but this has to change.

No one can be above the law.
I have no doubt 370 signatures could be collected from former federal prosecutors (TDS is strong) but this is what the article actually said

The list also includes more than 20 former U.S. attorneys and more than 100 people with at least 20 years of service at the Justice Department
not "370 federal prosecutors agree that Mueller’s evidence is obstruction"

That's completely untrue. The first 3 pages of Volume II expressly lay out that his lack of conclusion was driven almost exclusively by the OLC policy regarding indictments of sitting Presidents.

375 at this point now agree.

375 former prosecutors say Trump would be charged with obstruction if he weren't president

No the title is accurate, US attorneys are not the only people who are federal prosecutors. They are simply the head of their regional offices, they employ hundreds of lower level prosecutors.

Give it a rest folks - you want to go back and open the can of worms where Obama knew about Russian interference and did nothing about it and Hillary and her crew were involved in more sh*t where she was let off.

I'll very gladly let you have Trump once we see Obama, Holder and Hillary serving prison terms for their involvement.

Can you show me in the article where it says 370 federal prosecuters agree. I might have missed it.

ETA Sorry it was the first line.
