Team Trump is in full cover-up mode now. This denies the full Mueller report to Congress and all of the underlying evidence.

It's settled law that executive privilege does not apply to impeachment. The ball is in the Democrats' court now: this might force them to begin impeachment hearings.
The Democrats are going to have to go to the extremes that have never been done before. Impeachment has been done before, I'm talking about other extremes like putting the attorney general in jail, or prosecuting these people once we have a Democratic president. If they shy away from taking certain actions just because they're afraid of going that far then they will lose.

I think that if they don't get his tax returns than when the Democrats control the White House and at least one House of Congress they should request as many years as they can of the taxes of both Trump and Mnuchin.

It is publicly available - as everyone here knows quite well. So the suggestion that the Trump campaign has blocked the release of this report using executive privilege is clearly a demonstrable lie.

A report scrubbed by Trump's defense attorney is not good enough

It was not scrubbed by AG Barr. It was scrubbed by a working group that included Mueller investigation attorneys and DOJ attorneys, and also Rod Rosenstein.

So once Trump had no issue with releasing the full report which he said exonerated him but now he is calling for executive privilege to withhold it. What is he hiding from us? It sounds like the report doesn't do what he said it does.

Make no mistake, neither Trump nor his supporters are conservative in any traditional sense of the word. They have proven to stand for budget deficits, barriers to free trade, lack of governmental transparency, reduced State and local power, big government, geopolitical naval gazing, the promotion of anti-democracy, State intrusion on private lives, and generally being mean to brown skinned immigrants. They are not "conservative" in any sense of the word.

“But in making his decision, Barr is bound by federal laws that limit how certain material from federal investigations can be shared. In particular, one section of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure — known in legal circles by its number, 6e — prohibits, with few exceptions, the public release of information obtained through grand jury testimony. The rule is intended to keep information classified in federal criminal investigations, and protect the privacy of an individual or entity that has not been charged with a crime.

"Barr doesn't have the power to say, 'We're turning grand jury information over [to the House of Representatives] for the purposes of an impeachment or anything else,'" ”

It has already been released, as you know very well. Here is a link to the report:

And here is a picture of all the pages of the report, with the redactions blacked out:
