With the latest obstruction moves by Barr and Trump, it is time to start impeachment hearings. Charges will be abuse of power and obstruction.

Don’t think this is right. Impeachment is purely a political process above and beyond a criminal conviction. The House can move forward irregardless of any criminal conviction. Basically it’s whatever the House says is conduct that makes Trump unfit for office. Having said that it’s a totally futile exercise as impeachment will never make it through the Senate.
