I think it means the judge will review the materials herself and then decide whether to give them to Stone’s defense team.
It means they were fighting to keep information from Roger Stones defense team, that can clear him and exactly what the accusations are, he is defending.
They were going to deny him that.
Who Framed Roger Stone?
It means the prosecutors are planning to use parts of the report to support their charges against Stone and thus are going through the standard discovery process of disclosing those parts to the defense team. This is what it actually means, not what it "means" from the perspective of a conspiracy addled mind.

Nah, the standard discovery process usually doesn't require a court order to force compliance.

Who Framed Roger Stone?
It doesn't mean that at all. The defense is probably taking a swing at finding something in the redacted portions to hang some conspiracy theory stuff out there and cloud up the waters. The prosecution is obligated to provide any exculpatory evidence that they have and probably already did so. Is this redacted stuff to be viewed in camera?
Maybe Mr Stone, upon seeing the redacted parts, can now tell us how many charges Trump and his family are likely facing from the SDNY after he leaves office.
