The leaders love hiding behind McConnell because they do not have a record on important issues and when on the campaign trail can say what ever they want depending on which way the wind is blowing. Mitch always has the same excuse that the bill does not have the votes to pass and a waste of time. The leaders love Trump because he is a distraction to their weak leadership and help hides the fact they can not get anything done.

Plus you all know the country is pure fascism now where our leaders take campaign contributions from the corporations and the rich and do their bidding and not the electorate. They do not have to impress the ignorant unwashed masses because they have them in the palm of their hands and know they will be voted right back in office. The big question is why would the leaders change their fascist ways when the electorate does not hold them accountable?

The last legislation that really effected and supposedly helped the people was Obamacare after that nothing but gridlock and as partisan as the country is this is what we will see in the future a do nothing congress. The corporations and the rich pretty much have everything they want and the people are owned.
