Both, Except one will tax more than the other and talks of spending vast more amounts.

At this point I believe both parties are responsible. However if democrats gain power and if even one or two of their spending programs like Universal Health care or free college etc. look for spending to sky rocket and defense and immigration enforcement spending to nearly disappear..

Well, Democrats are for open borders and "free" healthcare for all so I would have to go with Democrats.
