Jewish people are fine with me. Smart, hard working, value education. They don't proselytize and generally seem to have a live and let live vibe. If a Jewish person is capable then he/she should be given a shot.

Unfortunately, after the years of post-9/11 negative propaganda that have been forced upon Americans, I'm not sure people are as open minded as we are about having a Muslim president.

Islam as a doctrine is designed to integrate into governmental structures, there isn't any kind of secular separation of church and state within Islam. Im not as familiar with Jewish doctrine but I think it's not the same. I'd be a bit more wary of a Muslim for those reasons. If I could be proven wrong I'll recant that position.
Why do we care what religion our president is. Trump isn't religious. He just pretends to be.
