Socialism, I mean “relief” is only good when your party is the beneficiary. We pay the tariffs and the farmers get their checks.

Don’t like it? Nothing you can do except maybe buy less food. Maybe it’s time to go on a diet, grow your own veggies and start eating less meat.
Trump's leftist policies on trade and targeted welfare would be an anathema to normal conservatives. But the GOP is nothing but abnormal these days

WELFARE for farmers. Hah, most of them are Trump supporters. Bunch of losers. We’ll probably have them on welfare for many years because those markets won’t come back. China and other countries will find other outlets to buy from and will be happy to scr*w Americans.

Trump creates a crisis and then "fixes" his blunder using our money.

He has destroyed the market for U.S. farmers and put many of them on the road to ruin. But you are probably right. Those braindead farmers whose livelihood this president has just destroyed will probably vote for him again anyway. You can't fix stupid.

He wants to borrow money to prop up his failed trade war. Meanwhile, US farmers, dairy producers and small manufacturers are all hurting badly.

"Farmers are Losing Patience with Donald Trump over Trade War" -- Newsweek

Farmers in 16 mostly Midwestern states that account for about half of all U.S. agricultural sales have filed for bankruptcy in numbers not seen in 10 years, the Wall Street Journal reported on February 6.
And still the conservatives don’t care.

These should be put on billboards everywhere. Trump supporters hate socialism unless they themselves benefit. Then they LOVE socialism.
