I try to be even-handed about these things. But it seems to me like Trump rules the day and dominates most of the conversation everywhere, in the United States anyway.

Prove me wrong. Who else is making a point these days that reaches beyond their 15 seconds of fame?

The dems have AOC and the Muslim anti-semites. Don't forget every ambiguous gender citizen and the illegals will vote democrat, as well as everyone with a severe mental health issue.

Dems are marching steadily left on issues that, excepting healthcare and that is mixed, people in the political middle 50% do not care about or in some cases do not like. Those are the people who are going to decide election 2020.

Yes, none of the Democrats will be able to defeat him, excepting some seismic event occurring.

Trump continues to chip away at the foundations of our democracy, and each sledgehammer blow conditions Americans to believe this is all normal behavior, that his daily lies are not worth mentioning anymore.

When Trump is done, what is left won't be recognizable anymore. This is what you wanted, and don't long for the "good old days" when we turn into Russia.

Which foundations? Go ahead and give examples, so we can understand it.

tRump wants more than anything to be "it."

He demands attention at all times and will go to extremes to get it.

The neutered GOP stands back and publicly acquiesces.

His expiration date approaches.

You hit the nail the head. Trump, his supporters and his administration keep the Constitution on a roll next to the toilet. The disdain they have for the separation of powers, the rule of law, and accountability is non-existent.

If Trump wins in 2020, the country we know will change forever and all for the worse.
