Ah, so the "gut" is correct - just like GWB and his wars and his Recession. He feels it in his gut and a higher father told him.

Well, at least he didn't have ghosts of Marx speaking into his ear like Texans and Floridian GOP members and economists!

Anyway, a proven number is that extra money in. You can listen to "your gut" about other flows.

It's a socialist system. It doesn't work on supply and demand. It doesn't even work on free will for Marx's sake.

I'm quite sure there is a surplus of SS money because of these folks paying in but not being able to collect out if we isolate the situation down to that one tenet.

Just like your link said Uncle Sam will never turn down tax money.

Great, you've won that round. But it's not a singular debate in a vacuum. You can call it a proven number all you want.

These same folks strain other services at the same "company" (known as the U.S. government).

To suggest that this is a "net win" is the height of folly. There are millions upon millions of "legal" Americans who work and pay taxes but live below federal income limits ergo qualify for oodles of programs. They are paying into SS and will get money out yet as long as they live below the income line for benefits they are still taking more than they are paying in.

And I'd remind you that I'm not a statist. I'm an anarchist. I couldn't care one iota who is "legal" and who is "illegal". I don't even recognize that. I'm simply saying that if you believe these folks aren't using more than they are putting in overall you've got a warped sense of how the government functions.

Nobody should even be putting in. It's armed robbery. Some are just robbed more than others. I have nothing against these folks. My initial response in this thread was akin to a 'good for them'. I applaud anyone who "scams" the U.S. government.

This is amazing news.
Thats a great point! If these people are using fake SS numbers, then they are paying into something they can never take advantage of. ID like to see the numbers on all these fake SS accounts and how much tax has been collected on them so far...and where that money is going to go.

Besides that aspect of it, Im not sure HOW the illegals are even doing this in the first place, when I was hired, and filled out all my paperwork, if I had used a fake SS number, it would have thrown up red flags left and right at numerous times during the hiring process...example, when I did paperwork for my background check, if I had used another SS number, that didnt match up with my name, it would thrown an error up and the report could not have been completed?

To get away with using a fake SS number, the person would have to find a legal citizen, that was close to the same age, from the same general part of the country, and whose work history matched pretty closely...this seems like it would be pretty difficult to do imo.

Imagine if Drumpf gave a crap when they were working for him?

Nothing will happen.
The Chamber of Commerce will flip the finger at Trump and carry on.

Yea sure.
Trump will run on that for 2020, but once elected, he will say it sounded good during the campaign but we do not care about that now.

The Chamber of Commerce and Business interests control Washington DC and they get what they want.
I'll know a president is serious when they throw all the Business Lobbyists out of Washington DC.
The same ones that were pushing for amnesty for illegals.

Thanks.
Looks to me like you are the one who doesn't understand the big picture.

Could be because of the faulty sources you rely on ...

What the heck is the Center Square? Another right wing spin for conspiracy theories, half truths, and lies like The Gateway Pundit? Why don't you just read the Enquirer?

Yes, immigrants cost us money and yes immigrants add to the GDP. You are correct craigiri, just as momonkey and No Recess are right as well. Nothing is 100% good or bad in either direction.

You have to focus on the bottom line. Trump had illegals working in his golf clubs and I'd be willing to bet, in all of his hotels. He did nothing about it until he was outed by "the enemy of the people." There is now an investigation by the New Jersey AG into the illegal paper work used to hire that half a village from Costa Rica. So what is the bottom line? Big money wants cheap labor, including the hypocrite in chief. Heck, Trump doesn't care about how much money he wastes with our tax payer dollars visiting his businesses every week, but that's okay because it's dear leader?

Yes illegal and legal immigrants cost us money, and yes they also contribute billions to social security that they will never collect. Is it a perfect situation? No. It should be regulated better, but demonizing fellow human beings who are just trying to feed their families isn't the answer either. Hate clouds the judgement and makes good people do bad things.

I'll give you a hint.

The employers are helping them.

Hope that helps.
