Okay. The owner just lost the couples money and that of other gays, gay couples and those who might have heard the story and are so offended. IMO a bad business decision but should be allowable. The marketplace will sort it out.

You making a case for legality, im making a humanitarian case. YES THE OWNER HAS THE RIGHT. Should the owner not face any social consequences? If a christian owner ousted a muslim out of a restaurant, should society not get involved and tell the owner that the muslim is a human and to treat the other human as dignity.
The radial right is normalizing hate by hiding behind and enticing the lawsuits. They will hide behind "religious freedom" until they are the superior race and orientation and everyone is beneath them.
