It doesn't effect the alleged Russian interference in the USA's election.
What it does impact is who is colluding with our enemies. China is our enemy. Biden and his family have major business interests with them. Therefore, Joe is an agent of China and will do China's bidding. We don't even need a false dossier to reach this conclusion. Ergo, ipso facto, and so forth, Joe Biden is an agent of China and is disqualified from being POSTUS. You follow?
China is bad but we have something to gain from them. Russia is bad and also a loser state, i.e. a hostile Eastern Bloc backwater that offers us nothing but problems.
Russia is like that neighbor that you kind of look down on because they leave stuff in the yard or something, but will give the shirt off their back to help you if you ever need it. Salt of the earth folk. China is like the Khans in King of the Hill.
The Russian Federation is not our enemy. There is a powerful group that wants a new cold war and is pushing the narrative that Russians are intractably evil and the mortal enemy of the USA. Lot's of people believe it. Says something about the mentality of the average American.

It doesn't. The collusion between Hillary's campaign, the upper echelons of the FBI, CIA, DOJ, and State Dept, Fusion GPS, and British, Australian, Italian, etc spy partners to launder negative, unverified anti-Trump information from an ex-British spy whose two main Russia sources had very close ties to Putin to illegally obtain a FISC warrant to spy on the Trump campaign is as serious now as it was when it happened.
The Hillary campaign and Obama administration collusion with Russia to influence the 2016 election has nothing to do with the serious threat that China poses though so it's not really revelant to this thread.
