So what kind of moron hires someone who is "Dumb as a rock" for a position as important as Secretary of State?

Trump said he would hire "only the best people."

And yet he's insulted and fired so many of those people.

Maybe we should take a step back and look at the common denominator...who is hiring all these people that don't work out?
