The question has been asked and answered. Yes is the answer for perhaps 35% of Americans. It's the whole movement behind RWA (Right Wing Authoritarianism) as well as that of The Family (powerful Christian pols secret society that wants to install Jesus at the head of ALL government....BUT, THEY represent Jesus).....

What else is new?

That question was settled 244 years ago.

The monarchists returned to the monarchy rather than remain here in a republic.

Current monarchists are free to follow suit.
