LOL, all you have to do is look at Trump's recent conduct to realize there is truth to the statement that he is in the pre-dementia stage. No middle man is necessary.
Seems like it to me. Trump's father had it. His mother had it. We all know dementia has a hereditary component. His recent conduct all but show he has lost contact with reality.
I think a friend or loved one should start guardianship proceedings against him.
He is not fit to make his own decisions much less those of the nation.

Notwithstanding the only FACT here--that you're apparently moonlighting as a physician, if "stammering" and forgetfulness were criteria for dementia, 79-year-old Nancy Lugosi would've been slapped with that diagnosis by armchair practitioners long ago.
