In my 56 years of life I have been to more diversity classes than I care to remember. In every class you have at least 1 person who asks this question. Yes normally female. We have in the history of man had many queens that had no issue going to war at the drop of a hat. We have had prime ministers like Thatcher who carried a big stick and was always willing to use it.
Where do people get the idea that women are all pacifists who only want the world to be at peace? Women can be just as greedy, just as conniving, just a vicious as any man. (Hillary Clinton for example).

A moot point since, in a world where men have been banished from all leadership positions, nothing as complex as a fighter jet could be built anyway.

Women who do not understand or accept human nature and the need for self preservation do not make it in leadership roles. It ain't all rainbows and unicorns.
The type of women who both gravitate to and succeed in politics tend to have more masculine personalities, and possibly higher testosterone than the average woman. So probably not.
But if you went inside a cupcake shop, dragged out some average Anna and then appointed her into power, she'd likely be more willing to opt for diplomacy rather than immediately jumping to war.
