This is not a State's Rights issue. This is a common sense issue. Do you want your daughter's private space in a rest room to be invaded from some perverted male? That is sick.

First, spare us all the pearl clutching.

Second, if you think trans people haven't been using a stall next to you or kids in the past, your entire life, you're being willfully ignorant. Add to that the above fear mongering frankly hasn't and won't be an issue, it just isn't a systemic problem. There is however a systemic problem of people that project their insecurities about other peoples sexuality they don't understand.

The same argument was made back in, iirc, the 20's to prevent women from having public bathrooms. What if a man follows a young girl or women into a bathroom and walks in behind them ... It just isn't an issue.

I'd prefer my daughters personal space not be invaded, period, whether it's a pervy male or some regular women. You're not providing any sort of logical argument, just emotional diarrhea.

So based on your best guess, which rest room would Ann Coulter use?

Jokes aside, if a person has a 9" penis and DD breasts, which rest room do you think they should use? Or should they not be allowed to use a public restroom? People like that DO exist. You know? How would YOU suggest we handle that?

.

Not fear mongering, just stating the truth. Why do you hate that?

It has been a issue, is there an amount of times that it must happen to become an issue?

No no, don't add anything to what I said to make your argument to suit you...

You've provided zero, just opinion....

You don't want your daughters space invaded, period, but you're cool with other parents daughters invaded....

Yes, there is diarrhea, and you've provided a lot...

It's life-threatening to not use a bathroom you want? THAT is considered a life-threatening situation? "If I can't get the stall I want at work I think I'll kill myself?" THAT is the mentality that is pervasive today.

Tell me again how transgenders aren't mentally ill?
They are mentally ill. Another nail in the coffin of this country.
