Though there is technically nothing the DOJ can do to stop tem, Attorney General William Barr will do everything he can to discourage former members of Mueller's SC team from testifying before Congress.

Not because he's afraid of answering questions from the Democrats.......
But because he doesn't want to answer questions from Republicans.
Exactly correct! Perhaps he will echo Comy’s testimony with the I really don’t remember, about 100 times during the hearing and this is coming from Mr Notekeeper who takes notes after speaking with the President.

LOL! You'd have to have your head in the sand not to know about all the investigations that are going on, and how many court cases Trump is losing in his attempt to suppress evidence.
