Nope, didn't happen. Not by President Trump anyway. He'd had to have tried and prevent legal proceedings which he did not. Good try though. Keep trying to convince everyone of the lie though. It is the life's blood for the DEMs existence.
Trump said he was going to drain the swamp but I guess everyone thought the swamp people were just going to sit by and let him do it. Attempting to drain the swamp is the crime.
