I hate to accuse Barr of lying, but we've already seen how he deliberately misled the public with his supposed summary of Mueller's report, slanting it to make it more favorable to Trump.
Someone is lying.
Barr said, he asked Mueller 3 times, if no charges on Obstruction were because of the long standing legal precedence that you cannot indict a sitting President.
Mueller basically denied that today, by his statement about the precedence.
Who is lying?

Barr came out and said the same thing that I've been saying in this thread. Mueller was free to reach a conclusion on obstruction, even if he couldn't bring charges on obstruction. There is no contradiction here.
I don't think either of them were lying. Not in a legal sense.
