An officer hyped up on too much adrenaline (or worse) pulls a man over and the guy immediately puts his hands up so as to make himself non threatening.
What does the crazed cop do? Start yelling for the guy to turn off the car. Luckily, the driver knows better and keeps his hands up...to which the cop yells “he’s got a gun!” SMH...unreal.
Basically, the cop was gonna have him move his hands towards his ignition so that he could shoot him. The accompanying video in the link is chilling. The driver was smart and refused to shut the car off and move his hands.
The driver did have a gun as it turns out, but it was in the trunk.
That’s the gun the cops would’ve found and put on him after they shot him by the way.
This vid is simply astonishing. Comply or die, right?
i agree the cop in question needs to be fired, sued in both state and federal court on civil rights violations, and various assault charges, and prosecuted on state and federal courts on various criminal charges, including various civil rights violations, and if convicted he should be hung by his testicles naked in the prison yard.
oh and EVERY cop on the scene should be prosecuted for the same things, as well as conspiracy to commit these crimes since NONE f them stepped in to stop the rouge cop.

I guess you are all too blind to see that the order was givin before his hands went up. Falling for race baiting again. Sheesh
Agreed, the race baiting is just a way for the left to play their worthless identity politics in order to secure the minority vote.
Not a fan of law enforcement but they are not racist.

Flukes happen. What is the OP suggesting? That if you defy the police it will increase your chances for a happy ending?
It reminds of a debate I found myself in 20 years ago. The individual hated wearing seat belts. His claim was that he would have died not once but twice had he been wearing a seat belt during 2 different accidents.
Is it possible that he was telling the truth? Doubtful but maybe. The reality is that Seatbelts save far more lives than not.
The same is true when the decision to comply with the police or defy them is posed.
Always comply and let the lawyers settle it. By the way it is pretty much common knowledge to shut the engine off when pulled over.
I still haven't seen what the guy supposedly did to cause a police officer to pull his gun in the first place.
