Very, very few murders are committed by people using any rifle, including the AR-15, but the Media wants to disarm the law abiding, and that is the current bogey man, err, bogey gun. Because guns kill by themselves, right?
Almost every single "mass shooting" is in a gun free zone. It's impossible to argue against it. Clearly anyone can honestly say, these scumbags specifically select gun free zones as their target because they know they have very low risk of an armed civilian being on site.
I don't understand how people can't comprehend gun free zones only protect the criminals.

The puerile gun free zone argument. There are no real gun free zones in the US. Other than a courthouse, an airport or Republican convention where they have metal detectors, gun free zones are a farce. As long as any lunatic can get a gun, a school, government office, etc is not safe.

im 63 have had no use or a desire for a weapon of any kind in all these years..i live in the city and guess what there are places i just don't go...as i am no expert i don't have an answer to which gun laws are needed and i also would think years would be needed to get a grip on the gun issue..talking mental health with people who think health care is a privilege doesn't seem to be an answer although it could also be part of the solution..but even a casual observer might wince at the unrestricted sale of weaponry...
easily cross-able state lines also make nation wide answers harder
