Well, the view from this side of the pond is that the Trump visit has been a great success.
The POTUS has been a model of diplomatic correctness and it's clear he's very flattered by the reception he has received.
He's had a meeting with the future British Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his old Brexit pal Nigel Farage.
Much credit should go to the USA Ambassador to Britain Woody Johnson who is a superb representative for his country over here.
And Melania has been a stone cold fox.
The Queen and a number of the other Royals, during some of the televised part of the event, looked as though they would rather be just about anywhere else .
You must have had your "whine" covered glasses on.
I just saw a video clip of the Pro Trump rally in London. Much larger than the anti Trump one. Why was this censored? Raheem Kassam, former aide to Nigel Farage and also worked at Breitbart for Steve Bannon, led the chants.
The video you posted is from July 14, 2018, when there were a few pro-Trump rallies, attended by "Dozens of Trump supporters". They joined a pro-Tommy Robinson (notorious local Nazi) rally. THAT is what your video actually shows. There is no conspiracy to censor anything. MSM did its journalistic duty and covered it faithfully.
Um -- never heard the media claim that the protests were unprecedented.
Did hear Trump claim they are all media 'fake news'.
But we know that's false.
There were protests. Always are.
Remember the Brexit vote was not a landslide. 51.9 percent for 48.1% against.
And since then the Brexit resentment has grown.
Especially today when Trump was asked about NHS and he said it was all on the table.
Remember one of the key campaign for Brexit was that the NHS would see a windfall of cash of some 350 million pounds to the NHS -- NOW with Brexit and talks of a deal with the USA -- the President of the USA and the Ambassador to the UK are saying NHS will be on the table.
That's not going to sit well.
Trump chooses to be divisive. If he can't handle the good, the bad and the ugly with that he should change his strategy.
Grown so much that Nigel Farage's Brexit Party, formed less than two months ago,won the most number of seats in the EU elections and is now the largest single party in the EU parliament, matched only by the German Christian Democrats.
They're going to take their first parliamentary seat tomorrow in a by-election in Peterborough.
Brexit is alive and well thanks to Mr Farage.

Good to hear, especially the last sentence. The truth is that USA and UK have been long time allies and need not to be petty with each other especially each of our internal politics.
I do realize the global media including our legacy media which most of America and UK follow is extremely biased and manipulates the weak minded....I was not in USA during the 2016 election and received the poorest information imaginable about what the USA election was about and especially Trump....when I told my friends (UK, Spanish, UAE, tc.) Trump would likely win, they couldn't believe it.
TBH - I haven't seen a lot of protestors and parts of London were only virtual lock down, with over 10,000 riot police on standby.
It's been fairly quiet other than gathering in Trafalgar Square.
Some of the left are sadly deluded and think that Trump is the worst man ever, when in reality Britain has given state visits to far worse leaders, from the Saudi Royal Family through to China's President Xi Jinping and even Vladmir Putin, as well as numerous other over the years.
Trump's visit was during the week so most people can't afford to take time off work to travel to London to show their support.
Anti-Trump protestors - students, public sector workers, pensioners - don't have such worries so they can quickly form a Rent-a-Mob for the cameras.
The media had cameras. We could see for ourselves what was going on.
There were protests because Trump is at 21% popularity in the UK. They think he is as dangerous to the world as we do.
