Its actually quite simple all females keep their locker room, males keep theirs. The confused individuals who cannot accept what they are, get a personal bathroom.
That way there are no problems. There should never be a scenario where you send your child to school and they are forced to change in front of the opposite sex.
Maybe so. Are you going to pay for the room or fight that also?
The different-sexed changing issues reminds me of this a bit: mixed-sex hot spring scenes are a staple in anime. However, other than being fictional, the guy often is punched for accidentally or intentionally peaking on the girls!

Before the government got involved with their law making crap, the staff at the schools were seeing to it that the trans kids could shower and change in the staff's private bathrooms.
People who advocate for the government to get involved and legislate our personal lives, really need to stop.

Where are the schools where there are no stalls with doors where a girl could change clothes and no one could see her, trans or not?
The part that you're not getting is gender neutral bathrooms means, males are allowed in women's showers and changing areas. 100% red blooded, heterosexual males. If I were a transgender girl I wouldn't want to be in there either.
This is the part that no one seems to get. The transgender girl is not going to have that reaction.
That's based on the presumption that transgenders are always attracted to the opposite gender.
Gender and orientation are not the same. A trans girl/woman may be sexually attracted to men or women, just like a cis girl/woman can be.
Being trans does not imply anything about sexual orientation, and trans women will still experience involuntary physical arousal if exposed to situations they find sexually stimulating.
