Wait a minute...

Chemically castrate... wouldn't that... enable them to do it more?

I say. Develop something like what was used in A Clockwork Orange. Where they become violently sick if they are aroused or angered.

In addition to a lengthy prison sentence (at least 7.5-10 years), chemical castration and the female counterpart should be on the table. Now, just for once, I would like to a verifiable story of a guy that spent however many years in prison for rape and was chemical castrated but it was later proven that he was wrongfully convicted and the victim admitted to making the rape claim up.
