That's the great thing about us nationalists, we don't want to get into the business of other countries.

Globalists love overturning governments and dropping bombs to "fix" other countries.

They do:

On the Baidu page (I think it is their wikipedia) about the United States, they have a big list of all the mass shootings in the US. You have to translate the page, but it's a good read.

It's interesting to see their take on us.

You guys spew that consequences line like you think it makes you appear smart.

Except most often you are going to be opposite someone like me. America has been getting killed by the consequences of the Chinese trade war for 30 years. Nice of you to start caring.

Have you ever been to China?

I have, been there 11 times, lived there for over a year at a stretch and I am going again this month.

Repressive would not be how I would describe it. It is a one party state, sort of like it would be here if we only had the Republican party in total control.

The economics is like a wild free market, 'Marxist' does not come close to describing the business environment in China today. They have a most unrestricted free market. Far fewer regulations on business than one would find in the USA, and the regulations that are in place are more difficult for the government to enforce.

This is why Chinese products are suspect. The Chinese themselves do not trust the products made in China, they love American made products and consider such things as consumables like cosmetics for instance, even bottles of American vitamins, great gifts.

They know our products are much safer and will pay a premium for them, but that is because we have much stronger regulations on business, and better enforcement.

Republicans would love to have a wild and crazy business and labor market here in the USA as it is in China.
  • Lower wages, lower employee benefits and fewer worker safety requirements (Alexander Acosta, did you see that?)
  • Fewer consumer product safety regulations, and more difficult to enforce (Buerkle, are you listening?)
  • Fewer and weaker environmental protections (Scott Pruitt would have loved it!)
  • Fewer protections against financial fraud, and a court system which mostly ignores the scams (something Trump would particularly like).

The business environment in China is every Republican investor's wet dream.

PLUS ... PC talk is practically non-existent (if you're fat, you're fat, they just tell you to your face without blinking an eye). Something any Trumpie could love ... or would they?

On the other hand China is extraordinarily safe, compared to the USA. Too many Chinese bodies have had to be shipped home from our country. I have walked dark streets alone through poor neighborhoods and never had a problem, it's something I would not do in most American cities. So yes, to them the USA is a comparatively dangerous place. They are correct.

What? Never heard of it. Probably just some terrorists that got dealt with for the safety of the people.

You’re not a nationalist. That said, being one is nothing to be proud of anyway.

I’d prefer to remain a patriot myself. You can have nationalism. It’s a load of bullocks anyway.

Dude, that's so far from accurate it's not funny.

Tourists <> Internal dissent of the Chinas political system.

Two totally separate issues.

US has been losing overseas tourism since Trump took office. It's a feature according to Trump. Unfortunately, it doesn't help the general tourism industry much.

In the US, our CDC is not allowed to give accurate info about gun deaths and violence.

But in the rest of world they are allowed to report the truth. Inconvenient. Maybe the NRA can get more involved paying off these governments?
