This is talking about 'aerial spraying' to modify weather, chemtrails use the same aerial spraying, but these chemicals are designed to modify human behavior.
Climate Change is MAN MADE. by our own government on purpose, so they can liquidate the people to pay for "fixing it", by giving up freedoms and liberties.... Used to control you as their property, in the end.
The means, justifies the end.
Well there's little doubt we're having an impact on the climate. Where this is wrong though is in the motivation. Simple greed is a sufficient motivator -- it doesn't require a complex conspiracy theory that would be nearly impossible to conceal. Apply Occam's razor.

If you knew what you were talking about, then you'd know that a nominal-sized particle (40 microns) falls at the rate of 2,000 feet per hour.
Oddly, no one has yet been able to collect any evidence, but then you can't collect evidence for something that does not exist.

This begs the question of why they are concentrating the behavior-modification spraying in Alabama and Kentucky. With those successes you would think they would move on to the socialist states.
