10 ACCOUNTING TRICKS THE 1% USE TO DODGE THE TAXMAN

https://www.accounting-degree.org/accounting-tricks/

More of the same old, lame old libertarian catechism.

How unusual.
So, if all of those are supposedly in use, why does the top 1% have an effective federal income tax rate that's 2.5 times higher than what the middle class (top 10%-25%, income: $80,921 to $139,713) pays?

Democrat/Progressive envy and jealous, yet most big corps are lead by Progressive Democrats who ALL use these tax "dodges both in their businesses AND personally. The 1% are mostly Progressive Democrats. Dem Politicians use these dodges. Dem Entertainers use the Dodges. That's OK, right?
Who said those accounting tricks weren't legal or, at least quasi-legal?

I'm just attempting to counter some of the quasi-religious libertarian bs.

How many "lower & middle ends" are using these accounting tricks?

Does your quasi-religious libertarian fantasies include pretending we already have a flat-tax system?

Sheeesh, some of these folks are apparently pretending to live in an Ayn Rand novel.

How can anyone take these fantasies based on emotional drivel seriously?

Far fewer than are claiming the tax deductions and tax credits that are phased out at higher income levels, hence the HUGE discrepancy in the effective federal income tax rate each income group pays. The top 1% pays an effective federal income tax rate that's 2.5 times higher than the middle class (top 10%-25%, income: $80,921 to $139,713) pays.

Wow, going down-hill quickly for sure. It will be interesting to see how much of a disaster area many cities are going turn into in the next decade.

Based on the trends, many liberal cities will turn into a disaster that few can fathom now. Skid Row in LA in 2019 is like a tiny taste of what is coming to liberal Medicaid and Migrant baby factory cities.

I am planning to move to a very rural, very conservative part of America soon because the trends aren't looking good.

Some of you would have fit so well into 1950 America. Bet you would love to go back there.

Are all the illegal male construction workers single and celibate?

I suspect those Medicaid babies are American by birth. That needs to stop today.

The employers are getting cheap labor while pushing the social cost onto the rest of us.

Just imagine if instead of spending years fighting for a wall, the powers that be had worked to find a way to make Social Security cards secure.

Lots of babies born on Medicaid because lots of young people are working at jobs that don't offer insurance.

Hospitals in rural areas are closing all over the place. They can't stay afford to stay open when the only insurance patients have is Medicaid and and Medicare.

In many ways, yes. But only for the good times.

Exactly right.

Every tax dollar spent on free birth control probably saves 100 tax dollars on social programs, prisons, etc. Libertarians and Republicans should be 100% on board with government funded birth control.
