Not all countries are obsessed with money the way Americans are. Yes, you'll still need money anywhere you go, but you won't always encounter a culture that idolizes wealth the way Americans do.

Bhutan

Every country will have people in it that are obsessed with wealth and material goods. That doesn't mean the overall culture revolves around it the way it does in America.

They use money and work for money or do business just like Americans do. I don't see what they do different that makes them less money obsessive.

I say we go back to the "From many, one" version, myself.
E Pluribus Unum represented the American history, saying the 13 colonies became one nation. It was meaningful, and accurate. I am not opposed to "In God We Trust", although such statement tends to speak for everyone, when it is really not true that we all trust in God. Some do, and some don't.

American currency used to be so much more interesting to look at.

You can dance around it all you want but, PROVE what is claimed or DON'T make claims Period.
My exact words were: "The conservatives like to pretend it's a real thing,..."

I wnet on to say:

"I personally don't know one way or the other, but I'm honest about it."

If you BELIEVE it's real, explain why. What I said was, "there is NO proof, either way." If you claim god is real, please enlighten us with the facts you have to support the argument. "Faith" is not proof. Until then, I will remain agnostic.

If you have no facts to bolster your claim, the fact is, you are pretending and hoping. At least be honest enough to admit it.

I'm sure you don't see it, you can't see through your blinders.

It looks like you're an epistemological agnostic. You consider theism and atheism inherently impossible to prove.

We know why you consider atheism untenable, given that you've said above that negatives can't be proven. (That's wrong, and it can be shown mathematically why that's the case, but we can discuss that later). So why do you consider theism unknowable?

Bhutan? You have no idea what you're talking about... or just have blinders on.
