As SoS at the time, HRC had the inherent responsibility to protect the safety of Americans stationed at embassies and consulates across the globe. She failed. She failed after repeated messages from Ambassador Stevens explaining the deteriorating situation and requests for additional security.

We don't need a hearing to know that HRC refused to accept responsibility that was clearly in her wheelhouse. She is a poor leader who looks out for number one and the nearest bottle of Chardonnay. I thank God every day this sorry woman will NEVER be president.

Just think if Trump & Barr were at the helm, during that. Instead of the most corrupt administration in US history, Obama & Holder/Lynch

Running Stinger Missiles all over the Middle East, without Congressional knowledge is an impeachable offense.

How the Taliban got their hands on modern US missiles

https://nypost.com/2014/06/08/how-th...n-us-missiles/

Miliary records and sources reveal that on July 25, 2012, Taliban fighters in Kunar province successfully targeted a US Army CH-47 helicopter with a new generation Stinger missile.

They thought they had a surefire kill. But instead of bursting into flames, the Chinook just disappeared into the darkness as the American pilot recovered control of the aircraft and brought it to the ground in a hard landing.

The assault team jumped out the open doors and ran clear in case it exploded. Less than 30 seconds later, the Taliban gunner and his comrade erupted into flames as an American gunship overhead locked onto their position and opened fire.

The next day, an explosive ordnance disposal team arrived to pick through the wreckage and found unexploded pieces of a missile casing that could only belong to a Stinger missile.

The Taliban took out a US Chinook helicopter in 2012 with a Stinger missile signed out by the CIA around the time of the attack.

I wonder how many other people are in prison right now, based on these bad actors and how many sentences will be overturned due to what will come out.

There may be a lot of other cases that will see new trials.

Any case handled by Comey, McGabe, Strozk etc may be tainted
.
That's a very good point !!!
I hadn't been thinking about that !!!
The bureaucratic crooks have done a disservice to everyone !!

Well that is what Trump claimed but I don't see any proof at this point. Its his DOJ and has been for two years, we will see if Durham uncovers anything. This is just Trump attempting to win public opinion against his own agency, he has nothing to back it up anymore than his claims that he was wiretapped.

The IG report should be out shortly, lets wait on that before making up stories.

I see the false narrative continues even after all the investigations. It was the CIA that connected the anti-Muslim video to Benghazi. We know this from the investigations that were conducted by the Republicans. There were 2 facilities attacked that day, one operated by the State Dept, the other by the CIA, yet all the focus is on the State Dept and the head of the State Dept at the time.
The multiple investigation only ended when the 2016 election season was winding down. The motivation of the Republican led investigations is quite clear.

Hillary's State Dept, was running the show.

The Clinton Foundation’s donor disclosure site vastly understated support that the Clinton Global Initiative received from APCO Worldwide, a global communications firm that lobbied on behalf of Russia’s state-owned nuclear company.
But according to interviews and internal documents reviewed by The Hill, APCO was much more generous and provided hundreds of thousands of dollars in pro-bono services and in-kind contributions to the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) between 2008 and 2016.
The increase in the contributions came as APCO was paid $3 million in 2010 and 2011 to work for Rosatom, Russia’s state-owned nuclear company. Rosatom paid APCO to lobby the State Department and other federal agencies on behalf of its Tenex subsidiary, which sought to increase its commercial uranium sales in the United States.
Why is Johnathan Winer, (the State Dept rep to Libya), running an intelligence operation for the Clinton Global Initiative, with Russian Uranium contacts?
Why were Steele and Winer in contact all the way up to 2014?
Why did Mueller, hand deliver cake uranium, to Russians?

Leaving aside whether or not your assertions are true. Hillary was not in charge of the CIA and wasn't responsible for the CIA annex where 2 Americans died.

You sure about that? Ask John Brennan....
The CIA was kept in the dark. Hillary's State Dept was running the show, with promises everyone would get rich.

Durham planning to interview undercover FBI informant William Campbell about what he knows about Rosatom’s efforts to get the Obama administration to make it easier to win more commercial uranium sales inside the United States.Campbell helped the FBI uncover a massive racketeering scheme that included bribery, kickbacks, money laundering and extortion that involved Tenex’s main official in the United States, Vadim Mikerin, and executives of an American trucking company that transported Russia’s uranium. They pled guilty to charges in 2015.

John Brennan wasn't CIA director at the time of the attack. Not sure why anyone would ask him about how the CIA was being run or about the CIA's facility in Benghazi before he was director.

You have to love an assertion based on the CIA being in the dark about a CIA run facility.
