Lol, because they don't want to believe it went down like that, it just won't fit with their talking points.

Of course distinguishing between a primary election and the general is something that's a bit much for Dems. What the Republicans did concerning Steele to impact the primary was wrong-much like feeding one candidate debate questions is. But still pales compared to doing so in the general election.
What foreign government did Steele represent?

And the FBI knew about the Steele dossier. Trump doesn't know if he needs to share with the FBI when a foreign government reaches out to him. He doesn't know. He doesn't understand why a candidate being compromised by a foreign government is a bad thing. Doesn't that give you pause?

Anyone convicted of a crime should pay the penalty. So your second statement is is a lie and verbal vulgarity is the bastion of a losing argument.

So, you're all for prosecuting Hillary and Obama then?

Remember......Trump is just talking about the possibility of doing it.

Hillary and Obama actually did it.

This was after multiple investigations, and years of work by a team of anti-Trump and pro-Hillary investigators on Mueller's team.
So yes, anyone actually believing the Russia hoax is brainwashed.

The irony of course is that liberals/leftist have always been warm to socialism and communism, thus many liked the old Soviet Union and other communist places like Cuba.
Now all of a sudden since the fake dossier, you all act like Russia and Putin are horrible.
The reality is we have many geo-political interests with Russia compared to China and the Islamic jihadists.
But our relationship with Russia has been hindered based on all this nonsense about Trump & Putin being in bed together.

If anything you all should be blaming Obama for not doing more to prevent the limited amount of shenanigans Russia engaged in via limited FB accounts and the like.
But nary a peep from the MSM and your ilk about putting blame where it would have been placed in the outgoing president had a (R) next to his name.
The hypocrisy is astounding.

One also wonders what you side of the political spectrum thought when Obama was caught sending this message to Putin;

You all would be having a cow if Trump said such a thing, but it was a-ok for your boy to say it, right?

My instincts were confirmed by Rush today. He was laughing at how the Dems and media have now been forced to go on the record to say how terrible it is for a candidate to take information from foreign governments.

Nervous Nancy came out hysterically condemning Trump. Mission accomplished!

Hillary paid law firm Perkins Coie $6M to solicit information from foreign actors like Christopher Steele who got Russian disinformation in the dossier which Steele said wasn't verified. Corrupt FBI used it to get warrants to spy on the Trump campaign. UK, Australia, Italy, Ukraine intelligence services were recruited as well. Italy just fired the top officials in their intelligence agencies. Whether the other countries were complicit or fooled into cooperating remains to be seen.

Don Jr agreed meet the Russian lawyer sent by Clinton operatives but heard nothing and paid for nothing.

Mueller report made clear Trump campaign was offered information but rejected it.

What will they all say now when Barr's Federal prosecutor Durham, investigating Spygate conspirators, officially reveals what we Fox News and Rush audience have known for over two years? What will the media and DNC say about indictments based on real evidence?
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Hillary did the same as Trump would do. Kept her hands off it. Went through a law firm, and did not initiate it. Fred Thompson had hearings on Bill for taking money from some Chinese.
