A fetus is a person whether you like it or not... A person is not defined as passing a certain point in time of their life...
I asked you this numerous times pages back and you never answered: should fetuses be given social security numbers when a woman finds out she's pregnant, then, rather than shortly after birth (along with a birth certificate as is now more common) or sometime within the child's first year of life? If fetuses are people the same way you and I are, why are they not given as soon as a woman knows she is pregnant? Will you advocate for that recognition of personhood in the US? SSNs for all fetuses?
There is no reason with free birth control that abortion should be anything other than a statistical insignificance. Of course, the abortion industry's life depends on it, so they will work hard to make sure it remains an important part of American life.

So if I punch a pregnant woman in the stomach & kill the baby, is it not a crime since they have no SS# or birth certificate?

So all pregnant women must give birth? Failure to do so constitutes being charged with murder and face up to life in prison? Or would someone with your name demand death?
