For years now, virtually every single position of the Democrats-and on a bigger scale, US liberals in general, have hurt the American people. It has been so determined and so continuous that it is no longer possible to believe it is anything an accident.
They have created the criminal alien problem and refuse to do a thing about it. The enable and support the invasion of this nation, often by people that are illiterate, won't speak English, that have no skills and have no willingness to assimilate into American culture. The left has done everything in their power to enable and empower these criminals-from refusing to do a thing to secure our borders, aiding and abetting them in escaping federal arrest and prosecution, to mandating that they NOT be kept in detention facilities but instead are released into our nation freely. At the very best-these acts increase costs for the US taxpayers (to the tune of some $150 billion a year or more). They increase demands on our schools, on our health care services (often financially destroying both). Above taking taxpayer money, they take services away from American-adults and children. Add to that-illegals that stay in this country and work illegally drive down wages for American workers. So not only do Americans have to pay more in taxes-they do so on a reduced income.
That is the best scenario-worse is that the failure to control our borders has resulted in the entry of gang members, violent criminals (all too often after repeated deportions), let alone massive supplies of drugs.
Along with that is our failed legal immigration policy that liberals (OK, both parties share this one) fail to address. Instead of a merit based system where only those that have skills or money, and can demonstrate that they are not a drain on this nation are allowed in-we have a system where the most unskilled and non-productive are encouraged. We embrace "refugees" that also do not speak English, have no skills or education and are from a dramatically different, and far too often primitive and violent culture are the ones invited in.
The left has been working for decades to destroy jobs in this nation. They encourage high taxes on companies that are in the US. Worse-they impose the highest costs and biggest penalties on those that do the most here. Want to produce a product here? You deal with US corporate taxes, property taxes, environmental laws, health and safety laws-all factors that increase costs. And all to make something here and employe Americans. Want to import a product and sell it here? They want no restrictions on imports from countries that pay "slave" wages, that have no protection for employees, that have no environmental laws. These costs allow those nations to produce for less than a US company can. The left are continually passing laws that DRIVE US MANUFACTURING OVERSEAS. This is the biggest accomplishment of Trump-to address some of this insanity.
We have a crime problem in this country. Our police do a good job of finding and eventually arresting criminals in many cases. Yet we have a "catch and release" program where criminals are released time after time. The left work to ensure that criminals get minimal (if any) sentences-and have every opportunity to prey on innocent victims time after time. Even when citizens are sick of it and demand things like "3 strike laws"-they work to undermine even those minimal improvements in our "justice" system. It is impossible not to recognize that the left empathize far more with criminals than with their victims.
Look at all the threads on this very board. See the times that the left support virtually every foreign nation, the more violent and violently anti-US, the better. And in virtually every case they attack every move the US does on the international scene. Look at the support you see for Iran-a country who's leaders chant "death to America" and who promise the genocide of the Jewish people.
These are just a few examples. Look at virtually EVERY liberal position, action or goal. Virtually every one is aimed at harming American citizens and undermining this nation. There was a time, not too many decades ago, when Democrats at least supported American workers, and actually professed support for this nation. Sadly, that time is long past.

Don't know what threads you've been reading, but I've not seen a liberal person on here advocating support from violent foreign nations. Trump, however, supports both Russia and Saudi Arabia, both being run by murderous thugs. Not to mention his love affair with Kim.
Americans do not hate America. Some people are so dumb and blind that they can't see disagreeing on the direction of the country does not equal hatred of the country. It makes me really sad that there are morons on both sides who feel tis way. It makes me mad, too. Some people need to push back from the table and get away from politics for a while

Right wing God, Ronald Reagan, gave illegal immigrants living here amnesty in 1986. He didn't like walls.

I couldn't read through a refute every claim in the OP diatribe, claiming the left is responsible for everything in the world, while the right wing spends much of its time blaming the left for the ills of the world. Does the OP believe Reagan destroyed the country?
