Why are you asking Liberals only?. Conservatives are also in need of Health Care and if you believe that ALL Conservatives are against a Medicare style Health Care option then you are fooling yourself.

Right now employers pay a monthly premium on most workers to Private companies which could go to the Public Health Care system

Many employees including myself pay an extra premium for my family and myself out of paycheck. That would go towards that.

Very similar to Medicare payments taken out of your paycheck.

That would be a start.
Would you pay extra taxes if copayments and minimums where taken away?

Our country spends on the a Military more than the next 5 countries put together. Maybe we need to be smarter on how that money is being spent and not just give them a blank check.

And I asked you why is it that those who are against cutting the military are not demanding we pay for it. You don't get to ask questions until you answer the ones addressed to you.

Eliminate all funding that supports illegals. $150 billion a year won't pay for health care, but might make a dent in it.

So...what beloved social programs would you be willing to cut to fund free health care and college?
Subsidies for fossil fuels.

$649 BILLION is a good place to start.

Because it is the most obvious choice. We have more than doubled military spending for no reason, and we are currently spending a MASSIVE $700 billion every year. We can spend half of that, and still have a military which leaves the 2nd best military far behind.
