Once again this is about the USWNT, not FIFA. the lawsuit has nothing to do with FIFA.
Once again, you being deceitful.
You are purposefully not using ALL Revenue brought in by each team and you purposefully exclude revenue from TV. If you had a valid argument, why would you manipulate significant revenue out of your comparison?
The best women's soccer team in the world isn't among the best 1000 teams overall. If the criteria is the level of soccer played then nothing could be clearer than the fact that they don't rate equal pay.
The US Women's World Cup team is awesome, but you are correct.
Although, the US Women's World Cup team is routinely ranked as the best women's team on earth, they aren't in the top 1000 soccer teams on earth. They routinely get crushed by regional Under-15 boys teams. That is they lose to junior high boys aged 13 and 14 routinely.
To be clear, yes the adult women on the World Cup champion teams, playing their stars....get crushed by regional boys teams of 13 and 14 year olds.
For example, the US Women's World Cup team played the "Dallas Academy" Under-15 boys team and lost 5-2....they still went on to blow out the women's team they played shortly thereafter.
This is why FIFA pays out more to the men players for the world cup, it is a noticeable drop off in talent and that means less TV viewers and less revenue.
The last FIFA Men's World Cup had $6.1 Billion in Revenue....FIFA will be happy if this Women's World Cup hits $0.1 Billion in Revenue.
Understand that they are in the entertainment business, not corporate America.
In the entertainment business, you need to entertain people. The more people you entertain, the more money you get. And if advertisers believe they can profit from your form of entertainment, they will hitch their wagon to yours and they will pay you more money. But it is solely dependent on your entertainment value.
That's how it works in TV, movies, and music. Beyonce does not have to worry about equal pay because she makes way above the average male and female due to the fact that her entertainment value is high in our culture.

But they are popular and they do bring in large amounts of revenue yet are not rewarded.

You can't base a lawsuit on "large amounts of revenue", you have to be specific. If the lady's can prove that they are generating as much/more revenue than the guys for equivalent work then they have a good chance of winning. Do consider however that sometimes it's not just a simple matter of revenue, sometimes you have to pay more to attract talent in a more competitive market. In other words, while the lady's may bring in more revenue, the market for top flight female soccer players is less than that of their male counterparts, therefore in order for the US men's team to attract better talent, they have to pay a wage that competitive with other men's soccer teams.

Some good points.
Many players are eligible to play on multiple countries' national teams based on the loose interpretations of nationality that FIFA has. Also some good players have sat out of national team games so as to not interfere with other professional obligations. Etc...
