I doubt Sarah Sanders will be looking for a job as an exec in a corporation. She could make more money with less time away from her family by appearing as a political pundit on TV. Then at some point many hope she will run as governor of Arkansas.
I doubt CEOs who have seen their businesses thrive during the Trump administration will be easily blackmailed.

There is a reason why Trump has trouble finding employees, it is a known future killer. Few want to be associated with the administration.
She could run for office, work on a campaign, work for the RNC. There is a lot she could do.
