If it's done legitimately by independent prosecutors with reputations of integrity and professional experience in these kinds of things, then yes.
If it's done by some idiot Trump leg-humper looking to prop up an already reached self-serving conclusion, then not so much.
And, needless to say, it had better be well insulated from Trump's influence, or else it's guaranteed trash.

It wasn't legitimate, independent or done by people of integrity !!! Everyone Mueller hired was a Trump hater and still he couldn't get the goods on Trump the democrats wanted !!!
I suspect it will be a half hearted investigation but what choice do we have but to accept the results.
I don't know what it is with the wishy washy Republicans. They can't seem to get behind anything including our President Trump unlike the Democrats that present a united front of hatred for the man with vows to destroy him at all costs.

It also should be noted that both the special counsel investigation and House Intelligence Committee had full acess to classified information regarding the FISA, and there is nothing new available to Barr.
So this has already been established, and Barr's investigation is nonsense, which has been instigated on the orders of Trump.
