The constant changing of the word gender is just stupid.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gender

In other contexts, including some areas of the social sciences, gender includes sex or replaces it.[1][2] For instance, in non-human animal research, gender is commonly used to refer to the biological sex of the animals.[2] This change in the meaning of gender can be traced to the 1980s. In 1993, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) started to use gender instead of sex.[7] Later, in 2011, the FDA reversed its position and began using sex as the biological classification and gender as "a person's self representation as male or female, or how that person is responded to by social institutions based on the individual's gender presentation."[8]

Look up Riley Grant, brain mapped as a female but with full male genitalia. Yes male and female brains have different physical properties. Curious case and considering how few get thorough brain scans or MRIs per population, there may be many mutation or changes we are unaware of.

Humans are imperfect beings and we may see changes carrying forward since we can interrupt the golden rule of “survival of the fittest” with modern medicine.

Just a thought.
That science is being disputed now, of course.

There are two genders. Only two. It’s insane what kids are being taught today.
Well, in theory there are three in the world....maybe more.

Many animals don't need a mate to reproduce.

Cells don't either.....

I think people have to be more specific and scientific. Of course, since Climate Change and Pollution doesn't exist and the earth is 6,000 years old, Science can be hard for some humans.

But I think it is fair to say that modern human beings at birth can be classified 99.99% of the time based on the presence of certain genes - into one of two categories.

That narrows it down a bit. Gotta be specific, cause if a supreme being waved his hand and made the earth 6-10,000 years ago, anything is possible. Maybe he is waving something else today?

"Scottish Student Thrown Out of Class For Saying There is Only 2 Genders"

I agree completely. If one does not know that the proper English expression should be "there are only two genders" then they definitely should at least be given a failing grade in English.

Human societies dictate, as the prof says, what is law....

For example, murder is legal. Not generally...of other Americans (although sometimes), but if you put a uniform on and follow orders, the murder of innocents is NOT murder. It's not even Killing as per the ten commandments.

The same goes with mistresses (for the rich, allowed, for the rest...not!) and for homosexuality in an advanced society like Greece or Rome, etc......

What is law and custom is what is true.

If the class was that of genetics and biology, then the student is more correct. But my guess is that that class was more general studies in which case the law of the land is that law.

The law of every land is that there are 63 different genders.

This is a very weird case.

First of all, the student, Lake Ingle (and I'm sure he meant to say two sexes, not genders), is not Scottish. He's American, and the school in question was Indiana University of Pennsylvania. But who was the person (who had a Scottish accent) reprimanding him?

1.The "feminist" teacher of this "Religious Studies" class, Allison Downie (who's also been in the news, most recently when she had a meltdown after seeing people on the street with "Smile" placards, to which she took offense because she was having a bad day), is the one who complained, asking that he be booted from the class.

2. In the same class, that teacher had students listen to a video in which a "trans woman" barked about male privilege, misogyny, pay inequities, and the usual rot, then opened the "discussion" to women only. Talk about a hostile learning environment.

3. When no women commented, Ingle questioned some points made. Again, the teacher complained to the school's provost, Timothy Moerland, and it's from his office that Ingle's suspension letter originated.

4. After 18 days and a complaint from Ingle, he was reinstated, and graduated. This happened last February (2018), and it was reported then. The only thing I can think of is that the video was just recently uploaded, hence all of this recent coverage.

But who is that teacher? It's not Moerland (though, without eyeglasses, he'd look like him) because Moerland doesn't have an accent. Very strange.

Still, the kicker is the garbage spewing from that teacher's mouth: I am stating what is National School Authority Policy. I guess it is in the U.K. lol.

George Orwell must be rolling in his grave. Or maybe he's laughing his arse off.

Basically like with global warming. There's the state sanctioned belief and any questioning of it in scientific terms is verboten.
Agreed.
